First official practice

I had my first official practice last night. It was decent, we had to do a lot chop and sprawls because of some people. Other than all of the chopping and sprawling it wasn't to bad. We had some light conditioning and worked a lot of technique. I decided I'm way out of shape. Hope fully i get back in shape school.

Results

As i said before i was going to try and do a backflip at wrestling practice. I did try and i didn't turn out as well as i thought it would. I had to have a spotter and it was still harder than i thought. I'm not going to give up "practice makes perfect" as they say. I'm going to give it another wirl around tonite we will see how it goes. The hardest part is i can back flip off of almost anything. Trampolines, walls, diving boards but the ground is a little more intimating.

Here is a picture of some crazy dude backflipping off of a boat. Sounds like a good time to me.

New Info

I had my first wrestling practice last night. It was relaxed and easy. We had a grand total of four kids and one coach. We went over a couple of moves that we usually don't get to during the regular season. We practiced for about an hour and a half. We started out with stretching and a couple hands stands then we got into the moves. At the end of practice i finally got to weigh and i weighed 150 pounds not bad for the first practice. I also got to help one of the other wrestlers with a round off back flip. For you people that don't know what that is, it is a cart wheel to a back flip. It was totally BA. For you hard core blogger then you might know the Door to my Mind, Gateway to Insanity blog. The creator of that blog is the wrestler who busted out the Insane back flip. I'm hoping with a little practice I might be able to pull of a back flip too.

First Practice

My first wrestling practice is tonight and I'm really excited. I'm a little worried about my weight. I've been trying to cut back on all of the junk food and candy. This weekend was really hard with Halloween. I ate a lot of candy and ice cream. One easy way to lose weight is to drink a lot of water. I'm drinking way more than the average amount that your supposed to a day. The only problem is i can't even check my weight. My scale ran out of batteries and there the retarded watch batteries so i have to go by some from the store. The only way i can weigh my self is by getting on my wii fit. It isn't as accurate as the scale but it gives me an average.
